Offshore Marine Services
SEACOR Marine currently owns and operates a fleet of 165 offshore marine support vessels, serving the global offshore oil and gas exploration and production industry worldwide. An innovative leader in its industry, SEACOR Marine pioneered the evolution of the “Gulf of Mexico” class crew boats into what are today known as “Fast Support Vessels.” SEACOR Marine continues to engineer offshore marine vessels utilizing the latest technology combined with modern, cutting-edge equipment and features that enhance safety and improve the efficiency and quality of operations. The Company’s latest innovative CrewZer Class vessels, SEACOR Cheetah and the SEACOR Cougar, can reach speeds of 40+ knots and are testimony to the growth and modernization of the Company’s fleet.

Marine Transportation Services
SEACOR’s ocean shipping and harbor towing subsidiary, SEACOR Ocean Transport, is an owner and operator of equipment engaged in oil transportation, bunkering, harbor towing, LNG terminal support, short sea RORO shipping, and third-party ship management services. The Company’s deep-sea shipping group, Seabulk Tankers, owns 6 and leases 2 U.S.-flag petroleum and chemical carriers including seven double-hull vessels. The fleet transports crude oil, clean and dirty petroleum products and specialty chemicals in both the domestic and foreign trades.

Inland River Services
SEACOR’s Inland River Services group of companies owns, operates, invests in and markets inland river transportation equipment and services. SEACOR’s Inland River Services fleet of more than 1,000 barges is among the industry’s newest fleets of dry cargo and liquid tank barges transporting agricultural, industrial, chemical, construction and petrochemical products on the U.S. Inland River Waterways, primarily the Mississippi River, Illinois River, Tennessee River, Ohio River and their tributaries and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterways.

SEACOR’s Inland River Services business segment also owns towboats used for moving barges, fleeting operations used in barge loading and unloading activities, and deck barges for specialized projects. It also manages barges for third parties. SEACOR’s Inland River group also owns an intermodal clean petroleum and ethanol aggregation and shipment hub located on the Mississippi in Sauget, Illinois. The Inland River Services group also has a joint venture in a company that operates a grain and liquid fertilizer storage and handling facility.

Aviation Services
The Era Group Inc. companies (Era) owns and operate a fleet of 177 helicopters. Era Helicopters is at the forefront of the oil and gas support industry with the most technologically advanced aircraft and is the longest serving helicopter company in the United States. Era’s primary business is the transportation of personnel to the shallow and deepwater oil and gas fields in the Gulf of Mexico and Alaska. Era also provides utility, firefighting and environmental support, leasing services, search and rescue helicopter support, air-medical services, after-market helicopter accessories and a variety of other services for aircraft around the world.

Environmental Services
SEACOR's Environmental Services Group is a global provider of diversified environmental, industrial and emergency response solutions, primarily to the oil and gas, power, chemical and marine and port industries. The group provides customers with a range of services, including oil and hazardous material response, waste management, industrial services, site remediation and emergency response and business continuity consultancy and training.

Commodity Trading and Logistics
The Commodity Trading group specializes in the purchase, storage, transportation and sale of agricultural and energy commodities that currently include renewable fuels, blendstocks, sugar, and rice. The group combines expert marketplace knowledge with the advantages of a vast network of industry contacts and the utilization of its parent company assets strategically located around the globe.

Harbor and Offshore Towing Services
SEACOR’s ocean shipping and harbor towing subsidiary, SEACOR Ocean Transport, is an owner and operator of equipment engaged in oil transportation, bunkering, harbor towing, LNG terminal support, short sea RORO shipping, and third-party ship management services. The Company’s harbor towing services group, Seabulk Towing, is a leading tugboat operator with operations along the Gulf Coast and Southeastern seaboard. Seabulk Island Transport owns and operates four ocean tugs and five ocean liquid tank barges, operating from St. Eustatius in the Greater Antilles. G&G Shipping is a partnership engaged in Caribbean roll-on/roll-off, liner, and break-bulk shipping.
